Lou and his team just finished a concrete patio and front walkway/stoop for my family, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. There's a lot of things I could say about working with Lou, so I'll try to summarize: 1. Lou communicated every step of the process ahead of time and made sure I understood what was being done and when. 2. Lou was up-front with me about cost, time frame, and expectations. 3. Lou was happy to make recommendations, but ultimately wanted to be sure that what we got was what WE wanted. He and his guys all checked in periodically throughout the process to make sure that they were building the patio we had envisioned. 4. The team showed up when they said they would, and were professional, courteous, and I never saw them take a break. They worked straight through until the project was complete. They were also considerate of our house and yard, and took measures to protect what they could from their equipment. They left our yard clean and relatively undisturbed, considering how much traffic there was bringing materials and equipment back and forth. 5. Their work is exceptional. The patio turned out EXACTLY how we had pictured it in our minds and I couldn't find a single flaw in the finished product (I'm a bit of a perfectionist at times, so this was particularly impressive to me). I would highly recommend calling Lou for concrete projects. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks Lou!
