My experience at this UPS store has been all positive! I rented a mailbox and it was very reasonably priced for the volume of deliveries I receive. Mr. Yong and his staff are always pleasant and helpful and often call me to let me know of deliveries that I have received. Needless to say I will be renewing my box next year. Thank you!

Shipped a guitar to Los Angeles, CA. Guitar arrived in the same condition I shipped it in. Service was friendly and they helped me understand the aspects I did not understand like insurance and the rates. This is conveniently located across from where I work so I reluctantly have used their services several times, sometimes with breakable contents of shipped packages being destroyed by the time they reach their destination. Today I was using their computer for simple printing. The employee and what seemed like a manager both assisted me in the beginning, but after 2 of my documents printed correctly the 3rd apparently was different and went to the Color printer - and this was made into a large issue by the staff. Fine, my mistake. I offered to pay for those documents (which they took me up on) and the manager and employee both went out of their way to make me feel very uncomfortable and explain over and over the mistake I had made to the point where I had to say TWICE that I was uncomfortable and just wanted to pay and leave. Very bad experience, I will not be returning and I hope others will bring their business elsewhere as well.
