This place is okay. I love having our registry set-up here since their selection I find is a little bigger/nicer than that of similar stores and the quality is great however the customer service here is horrendous! We ordered our Crib/Changing Topper/Glider from this location all on the same day and waiting 3 weeks to receive a phone call letting us know it was in. We called to check-in on the order and were informed that it had been in for about a week and they had been waiting for us to come pick it up. How were we supposed to know with no phone call? Not the biggest deal but whatever. We were excited to pick everything up and it was recommended that we called before hand so they could have the order ready for us at the front. We called around 11:00 AM to let them know we'd be in to grab our already purchased items, and arrived around 3:00 pm. The items were never brought up front and we waiting at the check-out for 40 minutes before finally getting a manager involved. Cashiers were not friendly or smiling, and seemed more irritated than anything to help us out. Really disappointed in their customer service considering my husband and I were so excited to get this furniture... they kind of ruined our mood.

This place was very accommodating, my daughter is allergic to huggies and they did an in-store credit with no receipt. Also the have a "mothers room" which is essentially a room to feed, breast feed, or rock your child to sleep without having to sit in a bathroom or your car. It has two very nice rocking chairs that are very comfortable. The only thing id comment is maybe making sure it stays a little cleaner there is formula spit up on one of the chairs, and the changing mat has no cover and many stains.
Went here for a small event they had going for a grandparents day. Was so much fun, and lots to do. The staff that ran the event was extremely polite and made sure everyone enjoyed themselves. They had little gift bags and prizes too! We plan on going back again for the Halloween event and any others they have to offer.
Love this location!! I bought a cpl pair of converse & of course didn't keep the receipt & after reading the Taylor store reviews I was nervous about exchanging, but northville was amazing !! I was however only exchanging for exact item just diff size. Their policy does state they do not exchange so I'm very pleased. Also they allowed me use expired coupons as well & were very helpful & friendly :)
They have everything you'll need as a parent with the exception of manned registers to check out. I love this store. It's clean, well stocked, and the staff is knowledgeable. It's just a royal pain in the rear to buy anything at this location. The management needs to keep more registers opened at all points of the day to make this a functional stop for parents.
Horrible exchange policy. Wanted to exchange diapers for a bigger size. Same price and brand, just different size. Since they were a gift I didn't have the receipt. They treated it as a refund at the lowest price in 90 days. I had to pay an extra 4 for the diapers in order to just get a different size. Save yourself the trouble and register at Target instead.
My last visit was horrible! No lanes open for checking out except return counter. Huge line forms after me then they open a new lane as I become next. Of course everyone runs to new checkouts open before me. Get to checkout one of my gift cards was said had nothing on it. I thought it had like 25 but if not at least 10. Then she rings up my pop toy train thing and says I can’t use my 25% off as it’s not a pop up! I say price rings up wrong by 10 (59.99 instead of 49.99 like listed) I complain and say price is wrong show checkout lady a picture of item with price listed at 49.99. (Took picture to send to my husband asking his thoughts on it for my daughter for Easter gift). Tell check out lady feel free to ring it up wrong but I’ll return it and then want 5 bucks due to scanner law. She was confused and I showed her my picture of item with price listed and how it was wrong. She said she would have to have manager talk to me I said fine. She left manager never came over. She returned rings up at listed price I told her and showed her picture of. I said hey what about my 5 for your mess up we’ll never got it. Then I asked for receipt she said it would be emailed I said fine. Days later still no receipt emailed ( I checked my email, and spam nothing). I have no desire to ever return to store after my last visit and will encourage all my friends having babies to set up baby registry at other locations. I definitely won’t do a registry at your store again! I believe the checkout lady was dishonest too and stole my supposed empty giftcard as she kept it along with my %25 off coupon. Then best or worst part get an email asking for feedback I’m like oh you will get feedback and write out above info hit submit and it says survey was already submitted. I’m no i would have remembered submitting this feedback! Other BabiesRUs stores have been better over the years but this last experience has tarnished my view of the store for good. Guess I’ll just buy from amazon in future!
