I would recommend taking your business down the street to active water sports!!! I purchased a new boat from them in June and it was nothing but down hill from that point. I had to have a seat repaired under warranty multiple times receiving the item back dirty and in worse condition both times. They told me they would call when the seat was fixed. I had to call them wondering where it was, each time them telling me it had been there done for weeks dirty and in worse condition. I also had them winterize my boat end of September receiving the boat back dirty and with scratches on my gauge cluster. It appears they took vice grips to the plastic pieces for my keys as if it wasn’t tight enough.

We met Pat a few years back. We had wrecked our boat and he saved our summer by took our and old boat as a trade in. Boats later we had a few minor problems with a new boat right before the 4th. Pat gave us a brand new boat as a demo. I’m pretty sure he walks on water and the coolest dude around, and if your buying a boat buy from Pat @nwboatsports Thanks Pat for who you are, the Burke’s thank you for saving our summer again. Here’s the awesome boat we got to borrow.

I called and spoke to Ian and he was VERY helpful. Even though I told him I could not buy until Jan 2 he spent over 2 hrs with us when we came to the shop and ended up guiding us to a less expensive boat than we originally had been thinking of. Ian KNOWS his trade and is very low pressure. Could not have been more pleased with my experience.
