Jack Sullivan (a young energetic & motivated salesman) found the Perfect Truck for us in less than 15 minutes! We were looking for a very specific truck package and he discovered the vehicle (not yet even ready for sale)& ran after us as we were leaving the lot. I'm so happy he did. I picked up my 2021 Silverado yesterday. It does not meet my expectations. When I was looking to buy I explained to my Sales person Sara Davis, The features that I wanted and needed, To my surprise a few features that are important to me are, GPS and be able to read and respond to text messages. I called Sara last night and left her a voice message and she has not responded as of yet. She was in such a rush through out the whole process that allot of things where missed. Such as my needs being met and making sure when I left with my brand new truck that I had my copies of Registration and copy of insurance. Which I did not have either. I drove back to the dealership and arrived just as they where closing and they where able to get me those documents. And that's why I gave a high rating as a 2. Otherwise it would have been a 0

Cannot recommend Northwest Hill Chevy enough. I was given the run around at many competitors in the area, and nobody really helped me and the situation i was in. I came into the store right at opening and Robert helped me out. He was transparent, helpful and made me feel like he wanted to make a deal, unlike some other competitors. We ended up getting me the truck i wanted, for a lower payment than i anticipated and i couldnt be happier. These guys are transparent and straight to the point. They have earned a customer for life.
