This was our first time doing business with Northwest Vaccuum for septic system vacuum services. Communication was excellent and the service was prompt and at the agreed upon date/time. Their service employee was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and explain how to best manage our septic system. I highly recommend this business and we will be in touch with them annually for service.

We've been using Northwest for over 10 years and have always been really happy with their service. Today, our septic field froze up, a bunch of water ended up in my basement, and their emergency pump-out service was exceptional, prompting this review. We're at the far limit of the city, but the truck was here within about 45 minutes,. Then we had quite a time finding the clean-out tubes in the deep snow. But, he got it done and even stayed in a good mood. Top notch service, folks.
