Had one good pizza from here, me and my wife loved them. Ordered today and came well undercooked. Wife is vegan and the cheese and all veggies felt and tasted raw. My neat pizza was ver soft and floppy dough and topping weren't cooked through. Called up with feedback and told nothing to be done about it. Paid 25 quid for pizzas we had to cook for another 5 mins. Won't use again.

Scathing Duke

Took our money then didn’t deliver. Tried calling but no answer. Closest thing to a scam / robbery ever but with the umbrella of a corporate image. BUYER BEWARE. UPDATE : 2.5 hours after ordering and not being able to contact the ‘shop’ (ie the phone call goes unanswered) we decided to make dinner. Shortly after finishing, they delivered. Great!!!! NEVER AGAIN.

20 min after i placed the order i got a text to say driver on the way. 20 min later nothing. Called the Domino's in Northwich and they blamed the roadworks but the guy should be there in 2 min. Ok. Waiting 10 min latter a youg boys knocks on the door to say that the driver delivered at his house. Same number but different street which was next to mine. So 1 hour and delivered to wrong address. Pizza was still a bit warm but the nachos burned. I will order again only if i have no other options but will not recommend based on this experience.

Burnt Nachos every time and have been advised that's how they come. Will not order from there again.
