Shaun was recommend to us and before we acquired his services we visited work he had completed at a house in cheadle. From the minute he visited us and gave us a quote for a garden room and boxing in the attic (which due to his advice and extra work is now actually a brilliant office space) we had confidence that he would do a first class job. The garden room is a great addition and the little extras that Shaun did were very much appreciated. The original quote for the attic was effectively to board and lay a floor so we could use it for storage, however, Shaun provided great advice to go further and it’s actually become an office and a brilliant feature space that really adds character to our home. Shaun is so much more than just a builder, he became like a family friend (as did his dog and apprentice Jack) and is thoroughly recommended. We are delighted with the finished rooms and now all we need for the garden room is some sun!

Shaun came to us as a recommendation and from the minute he arrived he's lived up to that endorsement. Among other things, he's built cabinets, shelves, hung new doors and replaced all the door handles in the house. He and his team work to a really high standard and I honestly couldn't fault it. And all at really reasonable rates too! Beyond the great work, the level of service has to be mentioned also. Shaun is polite, respectful and friendly. If you need advice on any work you need doing, he's more than happy to go through options with you. His knowledge is VAST. He always responds to messages, and keeps you well informed if anything comes up - unlike other tradesmen we've used in the past! After having Shaun and his team in the house for a couple of days we knew that we'd found that rare gem of a dependable, friendly tradesman that you can totally put your trust in. We have a whole list of big and small jobs that we're having Shaun back to tackle. We wouldn't even consider using anyone else now. Give him a call, you absolutely won't regret it!
Shaun recently built an garden office room for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Throughout the process Shaun would explain what was happening and why. He would make helpful suggestions based off his experience but also listen to my requirement and do everything he could to meet them. Shaun’s attention to detail was amazing, if it didn’t look right or wasn’t exact it wasn’t good enough, no bodges or making do. The quality is second to non with very premium windows and doors as well as the best insulation on the market. Despite this the office took less than 14 working days to complete from breaking ground to a fully built 4mx3m room ready to use. Compared to other “garden office specialist” or pre built garden office rooms the price was very reasonable coming in several thousand pounds less than the competition. Shaun was professional and polite throughout the entire process and even took care when it came to having to move plants which he even repotted for us. Shaun will be my go to for any joinery in future.
I had numerous quotes for a near full renovation of our home. From the first visit Shaun was professional and friendly. He returned a further 2 times before we actually gave him the work. It is a 2 phase job, the first being the master bedroom that was in dire need of some serious help. The entire room was stripped back to brick, replastered, new skirting, doors etc. A few unforeseen jobs that needed attention which Shaun dealt with straight away. Shaun and his team did a fantastic job, everything done to a very high standard and a few extras undertaken too. We are very happy with the finished room and would not hesitate to recommend Shaun. Excellent service from start to finish, Shaun has helped us along the way in a large job, starting in July with our garden room and garage, completely. Full extension built with insulation, running water, internet, flooring etc! He then helped us in renovating the whole of our downstairs, new kitchen, new flooring throughout, door entry’s blocked up, front door removed and new door fitted and lots more! Shaun has been fantastic. He has completed an office rebuild to offer more space for us. He was great at keeping in contact and was able to help with other elements of the project we didn't initially anticipate would be required. I highly recommend working with Shaun!
