Excellent, Friendly Helpful Staff :) Can't understand the negative reviews, I have used this Auction House for years and never had a problem with them in fact they are always very accommodating no matter how busy they are and boy do they get busy. All I can say is that previous " reviewers " have probably watched a couple episodes of Bargain Hunt and suddenly think they're an expert :) My advice would be read the description carefully and attend viewing days like the rest of us. Simples !!!

They are great both here and Warrington, we buy very good furniture for our charity at great prices frankly. The bad reviews are utter nonsense. The staff are friendly and helpful and a credit to the trade.

A large building housing an interesting array of collectables and antiques. We took in some collectables for auction and the service we received was friendly and efficient. There is also a cafe. (Not used)

I have been a professional dealer for forty years, and I fully believe what the auctioneer tells me, that the poor reviews showing are the malicious work of a jealous rival who auctions nearby. You can also see that whoever has written these insulting comments cannot write proper English, hinting at a lack of education. I bought an item from Northwich and was unable to collect it for some time. The auctioneer could not have been more helpful and my item was stored with care until I came to collect it. The item I bought was exactly as I had expected after a clear conversation with the owner who described the elements that concerned me as a bidder. Everyone I came into contact with was polite and direct. I would encourage other happy buyers from the house to post their own reviews if they feel that their local auction is being 'trolled'.

What a Rubbish Auction House Brought item and paid then had to wait over 2 weeks for it to be sent out Staff were very un-helpfull and rude Will never use these again Avoid this Auction House Waste of time and money
