I had an extremely good experience while having a day procedure at BMI Bishops Wood Hospital in Dec '20. I felt well cared for especially the resting time after the key hole operation. I could not really have considered having this procedure privately if it had not been for the option to take out a BMI card finance which will allow me to pay this off over the next coming year.

Had to go in for a heart echo and found the hospital very clean and covid safe. I was rather early and the staff were lovely and tried to get me seen as soon as was possible. The doctor I saw was also great, explained everything and was very professional and had good chat! Highly recommend!
I had my surgery earlier in the week at BMI Bishopswood. I was really impressed with the care, support and slick set-up. Right from my pre-assessment through to after care, all the staff have been brilliant and made me feel more comfortable with the operation. Thank you so much to the entire team of dedicated medical professionals.
I had an eye test at the hospital yesterday. The optometrist Tanitha was very thorough and professional and at the same time calming and reassuring. She explained the different processes at each step. She was very conscientious with regards to infection control and made sure she wiped everything down. The appointment could not have gone any smoother. Thank you.
I have been using this hospital for various treatments over the years. I recently have had to attend the physio department for a number of sessions. My treatment was very good but I would only award this place 1 star because of the parking arrangements. I have been sent a parking fine on 2 separate occasions even though I followed the correct procedure for logging car details on the front desk. If you have to use this hospital my advice would be to avoid their car park and park in Mount Vernon and pay
