We don’t not recommend this company - they were nice at the begging so that we close the deal and after not even being in the house for a month the problems started and every time they would come to have a look we would almost have to beg them to sort it out although it’s under the 2 year warranty and they are obliged to fix any defects. Once the site manager few month in the property advised me to wait until the summer so they would fix any defects and even the admin in his office however when the time came he made out as if he didn’t mention and it was not under warranty which I find so unprofessional and sad that such a company could betray the trust as quick as they did to us. I do not recommend and if i was you I would stay far away!!!

We have been renting a Clearview property for almost two years now. The property was brand new when we moved there and we have been really happy with it. Clearview are very good at communicating with us when necessary. On the rare occasion when we’ve had a problem it has been dealt with swiftly and professionally. From my experience, Clearview build good quality, well designed homes and are excellent landlords.

Worst house builder ever!! Bought our house from them almost two years ago and we are always finding defects and they never deal with it. (Pipes not insulated, cracks everywhere, roof tiles loose, shower not installed properly, staircase creaking, sound proof problems and a lot more ) All the houses next door having similar issues and more. We have asked several times to fix but same answer we all get which are just load of BS!! There excuse that it’s not down to them to fix it although it’s meant to be fixed as it’s the builders responsibility for any defects within the first 2 years of buying the house. Stay away from them and we don’t recommend them!!
