Coffee is amazing! Staff are amazing!! During this Lockdown it's been hard. So I started ordering Costa with ubereats I really appreciate the small note with my coffee it has brighten up my day!!

Good social distancing measures in place for queue management. I've a suggestion though - the guy who makes the coffee neither wears gloves nor a mask. He comes in close contact and even speaks with customers. The coffee is five stars apart from this.
Horrible coffee and hot chocolate. Staff closing cups without gloves on hands! This is disgusting! Especially in COVID! Sorry I would rather go to Italian cafe/restaurant and buy good quality natural coffee
So average why do people clamber for Costa. Slow staff. Dirty tables. And poor lighting.
Attending Costa Coffee on the morning of the 28.October 2020,ordering my coffee, a man came to me and ordered me outside. What customer service ,he must of noticed that I was an Old Man.never again.not recommended. Better Service next door.
Like this branch of Costa Coffee. Spacious and light cafe, mainly friendly stuff. The only downside is that the toilets are not cleaned very often, always pieces of paper on the floor. But overall I always enjoy my coffee there.
Not the best oat milk cappuccino but at least the service was very quick.
