Lily in the Northwood branch was very helpful while we were looking for our next home. She kept in regular contact advising what properties had become available and was always very cheerful. We also met Julian in a viewing and he was lovely and chatty and super helpful, offering alternative properties when we didn't feel it was suitable. Glad we found our next home with them as some other estate agents couldn't even bother to call us back.
Lily was an angel. I had to find a place to rent and she arranged a few properties to view that would suit. I had to cancel last moment as I have found a place for a short term.
