5 star service! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Our experience throughout made us feel like we were being taken care of. Extremely professional service. Ryan was a great home inspector, and just like the woman in the office who we spoke to, remained steadfast with his professionalism throughout the inspection. They were accommodating to our last minute request, and offered us a competitive rate. Their warranty on appliances, water damage and mold issues is included and an excellent bonus. We even had concerns over mold, and instead of just going ahead and charging us more money for taking a sample, Ryan simply reassured us that there was no need for it. He also recommended easy fixes for the simple issues the property has. Northwood is great! You will not be disappointed.

We hired Northwood at very short notice and they were great! Very accommodating. We weren't able to join the inspection, but our realtor went with them to do the walk through. At the end of the visit they gave me a call just to check in and later sent a very detailed report. We highly recommend their services, we really appreciate the professionalism and the attention to detail!
Northwood home inspections was referred to us by our realtor (Juliana Vallée) to have our new home inspected. Because of scheduling issues, we had to alter our plans a couple of times, Beni and the Northwood team were incredibly responsive and accommodating to make it work. Meeting us on relatively short notice to inspect our new place. He was so thorough, professional and friendly, answering all our questions thoroughly and even giving us so much more information for future consideration in our new purchase. We are thrilled with the services of Northwood home inspection. Highly highly recommended!!!
They were incredibly thorough and took their time. They were able to provide information on areas of the home I wouldn't think to ask about. They were also incredibly friendly and very willing to answer questions. They populated the report on the spot and went through it with my husband and I prior to emailing it over. This allowed us space to discuss certain aspects in more detail. I would definitely recommend them and use them for home inspections in the future.
Beni, Nicole & their team are super friendly and polite. Very educational and took the time to advise things I was not aware of to even consider. Would definitely recommend their services. Beyond 5 star experience for me.
