My son started Kumon in Maths and English in October 2018. I was looking to supplement his studying outside of school, to strengthen his foundation in mathematics and English and also improve his concentration span. Over the past 6 months, I feel kumon has really helped him to focus and concentrate for longer periods of time. The attention to detail combined with a well drilled, methodological approach enforces a discipline that would be hard to achieve in mainstream schooling. I expect the skills my son has learnt and will continue to learn via Kumon will be applicable to many aspects of his life. It has really helped to increase his confidence with reading and numbers and hopefully will improve his rate of progress and help him succeed in the years to come.

Kumon’s consistency method has done wonders for my children. They have only been at Kumon for a while but the results are almost immediate. My daughters comprehension skills have greatly improved in English and is able to work through 3 digit math calculations at a faster speed than before with accuracy! Rinu is a lovely, warm instructor who has always put my children and other children at ease whilst they are at the centre, so much so that they love attending!

I would like to give a big thumbs up to Rinu Shah, mt girls have joined her Kumon centre in Northwood and I can see a huge difference in their English and Maths. My 5yo was still breaking up a word to read itbout and just after over a month of joining here, she has become a very quick reader!

My son started kumon in October 2018, he was always confident with maths, not so in English. We started both Maths and English. He was not able to read at all, now he is excelling his age group and ready to move forward. His maths is getting strong. Without kumon and the help of Rinu and Nikki we wouldn’t have achieved these results. Rinu has provided outstanding punctual support whenever we felt we were falling behind. My son not only enjoys kumon he has made new friends including the staff. Great job looking forward in working with you over the next several years.
