I have just got my Yamaha U3 piano arrived at home, it is truly beautiful and sounds amazing. As good as new for every piece of piano with very reasonable price. James has been so helpful and friendly since the beginning, providing professional advice for my need/expectations.Buying pianos from LL pianos is such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend it.

James helped us decide between a lot of upright pianos on offer. Very welcoming atmosphere in the store, and we were able to comfortably try out a wide range before narrowing down onto the Ritmüller 118. The delivery date is within a week as well, provided with a time window. Great service, would definitely recommend.

I have very recently bought a piano from Little & Lampert Pianos for my daughter. I contacted James and explained to him what sort of piano I was looking for (a reconditioned Yamaha U1 series piano). James listened to what I was looking for and made a few videos showing the Yamaha pianos he had in his shop. He also played the pianos to show me how they sounded, sending me a few videos. I did not go into his shop since I was in tier 4 area. The whole process was done via videos, emails and messages. I am very glad to say that I bought a Yamaha U1 series piano which looks and sounds amazing! My daughter is very happy with it and so am I! I highly recommend Little & Lampert Pianos.

What a pleasure it was dealing with Little & Lampert! In an ideal world we would have visited a showroom to try out pianos, but due to lockdown this was obviously not possible. However we received the next best thing! We emailed our enquiry and received such a quick reply as well as videos showing every detail of the instrument we'd chosen. Our piano arrived today and is beautiful and in absolutely perfect condition. Quick, polite and efficient service and a company who really know what they are talking about. Highly recommended!

We have recently purchased a piano for our daughter from Little & Lampert Pianos. Paul and James offer excellent choice of Yamaha pianos at competitive prices. The standard to which the instruments are reconditioned is excellent. James has been friendly, knowledgeable and patient in helping us choose the right instrument for our requirements. We have ended up with a lovely Yamaha UX30BL which sounds even better at our home than it did in the shop (James factored in our setting when considering the character of the instrument). Overall, we were very pleased with the service we have received and would recommend looking at Little & Lampert Pianos offering if you are in the market for a piano.

Terrible experience. They are so rude. They tuned my piano so badly, blamed it on the age of my piano saying if ‘it was a horse it would have been put down’ which actually would have been funny if they hadn’t taken my money after doing a rubbish job of tuning it. They were so insulting and absolutely foul. The worst customer service I have ever known. They refused to come back blaming it on the piano although they were more than happy to charge me at the time.
