Not much of a queue at 1140 on a Monday morning. Would be nicer if they had 1. Shade outside for waiting customers Rita Broad was surveying the queue and acting as a safe distancing ambassador but could have had a more customer friendly attitude Sharon was a very helpful staff member.

Unhelpful young Asian lady was rushing me as she wanted to get home and was not willing to carry out the transaction. It would have taken no more than 2 minutes. Rubbish service!
