We have been with Northwood Gymnastics for just over two years now and both my children have progressed well. This is very much a result of the commitment, hard work and dedication the coaches put into all sessions. The coaches have everyone working hard and to their own level without putting pressure on the children to do more than they are able to. There is a strict safety aspect to the sessions where no gymnast will work on anything out of their range of capability despite the children asking. Health and safety is always put first and when the coach feels the child is ready, they are challenged well. The sessions are lots of fun and I'm particularly impressed by the younger coaches, some of them teenagers as they really motivate and encourage the little ones so nicely. My daughters are very happy at Northwood and I look forward to seeing them become coaches in the future. I would recommend Northwood to anyone looking to put their child into a club that encourages a strong and healthy body, discipline and to learn some extra social skills. Both boys and girls are involved at all ages and levels.
