We used Plus Rooms last year for our loft conversion. We can't recommend them enough. The project management was excellent through every step of the build and they were very professional, courteous and tidy. Any snagging issues were dealt with immediately and quickly. We used Plus Rooms for our loft conversion last year and we can thoroughly recommend them. The project management from the drawing up of the plans right through to the finishings was first rate. They are obviously very experienced at this kind of work as they easily dealt with any issues that arose, completing the loft conversion on time. The project coordinator always made sure that we were happy before signing off on work and was brilliant at dealing with any snagging issues we encountered, ensuring that they were dealt with in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to deal with all the contractors and our neighbours even commented on how they nice they were! We’re really happy with the finished conversion and all the extra living space it has given us.

Plus Rooms carried out a side and rear extension to our Victorian end of terrace, with a reconfiguration on the ground floor to create a downstairs WC. The whole process from start to finish was managed smoothly and professionally and the team delivered the project to the highest standard. I find the company to be well organised and good at communication, and the builders and the trades people they use are reliable, friendly and extremely hard working. We faced numerous minor and not so minor stumbling blocks along the way, but the project coordinator and the foreman always came up with solutions and sorted out the issues with ease and unquenchable positive energy. Towards the end, the pace of response and action slowed down but I understand that Covid had a lot to answer for, and overall, we are overjoyed with our fabulous new kitchen extension.

We initially commissioned PlusRooms to build a side return extension and loft conversion. Given the quality of service and workmanship, the project soon expanded and became a refurbishment of the entire house. The project kicked off in the week of the first lockdown so we inevitably came across some hurdles, including a 5 weeks pause. However PlusRooms were proactive; they communicated a clear plan, articulated the impact of the delay (which they quickly made up when back on site) and implemented stringent health and safety mitigations. PlusRooms are professional, personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The build was executed to the highest standards and was project managed with care and professionalism. The Finishing Team are fantastic. All teams were solutions focused and considerate to the neighbours. We are so pleased with the end result and would highly recommend PlusRooms to anyone.

We were delighted with our PlusRooms project. The brief was a 3m rear kitchen extension to our Victorian terrace, with a reconfiguration of the ground floor to allow for a downstairs WC / utility room. We chose PlusRooms both because of the excellent feedback and because of their input into the design of the kitchen during the quotation phase of the project (where other firms played back exactly what we’d initially asked for, PlusRooms provided useful input and suggested changes; we’re in no doubt we’ve ended up with a more special home because of this). The build was delayed by a couple of months due to the pandemic but once restrictions were lifted the teams worked quickly and efficiently and to the agreed timeframe. Inevitably, there were a few hiccups along the way but what we liked about PlusRooms was the way that these were dealt with, with utmost priority by our Project Coordinator (who, incidentally, was excellent and kept us informed of everything we needed to know). A number of contingency costs were highlighted during the quotation phase and in the end we did have to do some additional floor and ceiling levelling, but these costs were in line with expectations and the cost of the build was materially the same as we expected it to be. I’d happily recommend PlusRooms to anybody looking to do a similar project.
