This must be the worst clinic I've been to. I've been having my brows threaded for years, and decided to use Ritz as they are close to work. BIG MISTAKE Rita let me leave the salon, having not even taken any of my details or let me look in a mirror. When I got to work someone pointed out my brows were uneven, so I looked in a mirror to see one side was quite a bit thicker than the other, bearing in mind all I wanted was a brow tidy. I called the salon who agreed I could go back in to have them evened out. Again Rita was about to let me leave the salon having not looked in a mirror so I DEMANDED a mirror. She fumbled around in another room and came back with a mirror and not only had she evened the brows up, but she had almost butchered them, the thick side was now even thinner than the previously thin side! I told her I wasn't happy and she said she was following my natural curve although I did point out, it doesn't follow the curve and I've never had them this thin. It is part of my acting/ model contract that I have a certain size/ thickness brow so I will now lose out on work! She was adement they look good but I reiterated they're not level! I then asked to see qualifications/ certificates... plenty but mainly years old and clearly this place is out of practice and careless. It was suggested I use a brow pencil, however the purpose of pencils is to fill gaps in, not to make them thicker. Moral of the story STEER WELL CLEAR
