My previous review of 5 stars unfortunately had to be edited. And no stars is required. I ended up having to explain to very reluctant manager and owner about the annual leave that one is entitled during maternity leave. Previously I had to explain how the annual leave should be calculated and the reply was “we will pay it to you but keep it for yourself”. Definitely many things are shady in this company and for what is worth I will do my best to share my experience with the right people. And hopefully something will be done.
