Ordered two sets of strings at 16:27 on a Monday. Shop usually doesn't open Mondays anyway, so expected to receive them by Weds or Thurs if I was lucky. They were delivered by hand before 7pm that same Monday evening. Phenomenal service!

What a great experience this was for both my son & I. Richard was so friendly, patient and passionate about what he does. My son decided to self teach himself through lockdown. As all of the shops were closed I thought I’d buy one online. This was all new to me too. Said guitar arrived and my son started. After couple of months we realised it was far too small. Thankfully Stompbox was now open and my son couldn’t wait to visit. Richard knew our budget and explained all the different types- no hard selling whatsoever! My son had the biggest smile on his face when he found the ‘one’. We bought the electric guitar, amp and accessories. Even days after my son called up with a couple of questions, Richard was so helpful. I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. Thank you 5 Star Service
