Edited review to 3 stars after email from Susan - The work was done well though with quite a bit of delay. I asked to certify doc's. I think Notary public's charges in general for these are quite expensive - in her terms she agreed to give me a better price (fair enough credit to her for understanding- in my terms it's still ridiculously expensive for certifying doc's). Took weeks and a good few follow up emails to get the job done. In hindsight I should have asked for a physical quote as she did not remember the price she gave me originally, but she did agree to stick to it - though I do wish VAT was inclusive of cost- to avoid any confusion on my part. I'm told delays have been due to covid personal issues- which is understandable- she got the job done and was polite, so can't complain there.

Susan Anand has always been very professional, highly accommodating with timings and very thorough with the screening of the documentation! Many a time she has spotted silly errors in foreign documents, which if not picked up would have resulted in delays and increased costs.
