Have been to the club for physio sessions. Club looks renovated and seems to offer good services. Staff at club are helpful.

I've been using gyms for about 14years to help me cope with my disabilitys & pain relief. There are lots of free weights & gym machine treadmills cross trainers & bikes & rowing machines this is the best gym I've ever been a member of. All the staff are wonderful & so helpful it's so clean plus the bar & restaurant serve many different healthy meals & the showers are powerful & hot the pool just at the right temperature the steam is perfect & sauna is loverly & hot to. I'm here now 27/3/2017 & it will be my 2nd year in May & as it keeps getting better i can't understand why anyone has reason to moan about Ash or any of the staff there all so positive & helpful so i have no reason to go anywhere else & i for one am glad he & all the staff are here & i know i'm not the only one. So many thanks from Simon Milne

Good place to workout, but unfortunately lost a few hundred pounds on annual membership as it wasn't frozen over lockdown. Management non-responsive to any of our queries or concerns.
