A great company to deal with. All the up front preparation with Colin was made with a few emails and photos, along with his (independent) advice & guidance on the best range of wood burning stoves, hearths & beam to meet the latest/future regs and our aesthetic requirements. This was quickly turned into a comprehensive quote, with the only parts needing to be supplied by us was the stove & beam. After a bit of a wait due to the popularity of the stove, installers Jim & Jack were on site to open up the existing fireplace and install a new lintel. The existing flue was power cleaned and inspected, before a flue liner and chimney cowl were installed. A honed slate hearth was then installed. All this was completed efficiently on day 1 with minimal mess or disruption. Day 2 saw the fire board & register plate installed, re-plaster of the chimney breast to make good, and finally the stove and CO alarm was fitted. Finally the flue & fire fully tested. A very professional & painless installation. Highly recommended Woodchuckers.

Offering sage advise from what stove to get, answering questions about insulated flues and always being available before the job to answer any technical questions. When they arrived on the day of installation they were on time and cheery. The stove looks truly wonderful and the workmanship impeccable! Also before they left they provided a helpful tutorial on how to look after our stove. We couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Colin and Jim are complete professionals and would completely recommend to anyone. Even with issues Jim didn't give up and sorted the problem for us and we are now left with the most beautiful feature stove/fire place. Everything is covered once installation was complete from care, what to expect and useful contacts (which was great as we knew nothing). Super nice guys and knowledgeable.
