My toddler son has had to have labs/Ultrasound done every 3 months since he was born. Jay is so good at drawing the lab and never had to try more than once to get a vein. Shawnee and Marla is ultrasound are also amazing. Bringing a toddler in for tests is never fun, but it does make it easier when the staff is trained and on top of things.

So often small town businesses and professionals don’t receive the accolades they have earned. I can’t praise the NCH PT department enough. Spencer,Kellen, Brooke, Marissa, and Courtney are extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise. I was provided with individualized care after having both knees replaced. I was pushed to not only regain my ability to walk, but to also run, hike, and bike. They were unwilling to give up, even when I wanted to. I absolutely recommend the PT services available through NCH.

Came here for a surgery consult Dr. Sarin was very helpful in explaining everything I would need fixed and how he would go about doing so. The nurses made everything quick and easy. They offer payment assistance if needed and are very quick to check you in. Very grateful for a knowledgeable staff available in our rural area.

If I could give them a zero I would. The billing department is a total joke. They kept erroneously billing a different insurance after I had repeatedly told them it was wrong. Run far away from this place!

Have given them two chances to provide for my medical needs and they failed miserably both times. First was my gall bladder being strangulated by my liver. They told me that I had ate something that disagreed with me and wanted to send me home. Had emergency surgery in Kearney later that evening! Most recently, I fell on my stairs at home and heard a definite crack. They took x-rays and said I just had a bad bone bruise. No pain meds. No crutches. They seemed more intent on hooking me up with a dietitian for my diabetes. Made trip to Kearney and found out that my shin bone had a stress fracture! Finally got something for the pain and some crutches. If there comes another time that I need medical assistance, I will be going elsewhere. This hospital is barely a first aid station.
