A genuine family-owned and operated practice with Doctors who genuinely care and listen, who are vastly experienced and knowledgeable, yet who don't possess an overwhelming sense of their own superiority and will professionally refer patients, where appropriate, to suitable and reliable alternative professionals when the need arises. The simple ease with which these wonderful Doctors will reduce any fear or anxiety and gain your complete trust with authentic and genuine care and respect for you, is completely unparalleled. I've, unfortunately, experienced, literally, hundreds of Doctors over the years, and none have come even remotely close to being as good as the Hartleys at Norton Summit Medical Centre. Even if you live a couple of hours' travel away, they are always worth the time, investment and effort! I trust them 100%, and you will too!

There are not enough brilliant words to describe this medical practice in the english language. Who ever has had the fortune to attend will definitely agree with my review 100%. It was approximately 16 years ago when I first walked through the front door of the Norton Summit Medical Centre after arriving from Sydney NSW. I sat down in the cosy waiting room, awaiting nervously for my appointment. I had visited many doctors in the past and I must say some had left me with a not so good impression. Anyway, out came Peter Hartley, introductions were completed and off I entered his room. I spent a considerable time trying to explain what I had been going through medically since a young age. I was amaze by the interest, caring nature and the belief in what I was saying. I was thinking this doctor is actually listening and hearing me. Not just writing a script etc. He was really wanting to help me find what was causing me all my health issues. This sense was very important to me and I would suggest for a majority of the human race. A Doctor Who was caring, honest, went that extra mile to ensure his patient/s were looked after and if out of his scope would ensure the best specialist were involved. He placed trust in me again about the medical profession. I could go on and on writing about Peter and introducing Jeni Hartley but I will cut it short. If you are lucky enough to be able to become a patient of this practice you will never want to go anywhere else. I had to move from South Australia and if I could teleport my favourite doctors I would.
