They where prompt at delivery of the 10yd container and picked it up on the day I requested. I was over on weight and was charged automatically which is okay, however I was charged more than the per ton overage rate listed in my invoice. I called to ask why and have it adjusted and they explained it would cost them money to process another card transaction and stated it was actually over the weight listed on my invoice. It wasn’t much money and my request was fair considering all the paperwork and invoices I received indicated I was overcharged. I don’t believe this situation was handled with the customer in mind.
