Great gym! I was in town for a few days and decided to try it out. I love boxing work outs and have been to s few gyms. This is a top notch gym. The workout is fun and extremely challenging. The owner is a really nice guy too. If I lived in CT I would be a regular here!

Have been doing duet training at Rise Up and it’s been amazing. Bruce is amazing, super knowledgeable and meets you where you are. His instruction is so positive and you feel the results. I would highly recommend Rise Up to anyone at any fitness level.

After two knees surgeries Training with Bruce has led me to a quick and painless recovery. He took the time to make me specialized exercises that got me back to snowboarding. Highly recommend.

Rise up it's an incredible facility to work out. It has it all under one roof. Pilates, strength, boot camps and boxing. I've been training with Bruce for 2 years and at Rise Up since January and I couldn't be happier. Ive gone down pant sizes and see my body toning up. Such a great feeling!! I've had obstacles on the way and Bruce has been so supportive helping me get back in to it and adjusting certain work outs for my injuries.
