Not in a million years would I have guessed that Chad and Paula would be able to get anywhere near what they did for our kitchen fire. They were incredibly easy to deal with, super responsive, and allowed me to be almost completely hands-off. If you're worried about spending 10% of your claim payment on a public adjuster, forget it. We got more than 4x what we were initially slated to get. And even after all was said and done, we ended up getting yet another check for an additional 10% more out of the blue! I know the 4x return is posted in here by someone else, which makes it all sound kind of fake, but that's exactly how it went down with us. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We had a car drive into our house back in March. I was interviewed by a TV cameraman, who suggested that I hire a public adjuster. We hired Chad from Petrocelli to assist us. Chad was very helpful and responsive, he had a good rapport with our insurance company's adjuster that no doubt helped with the processing of the claim. Chad was meticulous in his appraisal of the damage, and looked at all possible areas of damage, not just the obvious. Highly recommended!

My husband and I had a serious water leak at our house last year. We filed a claim with our insurance company and, at the beginning, we dealt with the insurance company's inhouse adjuster, who seemed both sympathetic and reasonable. When we got his proposal for settlement, it was nowhere near what we anticipated would be the cost of the necessary repairs. Two years ago, at 3 am in the morning, a drunk driver hit the corner of our family home. There was substantial damage to both the corner but more importantly, the foundation. The house was built in 1753, the amount of damage was exacerbated by the age, where she hit the house and the fact that the foundation was fieldstone. The insurance company adjuster visited the house and everything seemed fine until our contractor showed up. Getting a contractor to work on a house of this age had been difficult but we were able to find one that specialized in antique houses. This is where the problems started. The contractor and the adjuster started having disagreements immediately. That’s when it was suggested we bring in Chad Bishop from Petrocelli’s. Chad & his colleague Paula are awesome. They worked with the insurance company, banging out the details of the claim. They know the laws where We would have been completely in the dark. We absolutely needed someone with that kind of knowledge because the claim, that was initially presented by the insurance company as being a 79k claim, in actually ended up costing 229k. That, in a nutshell, illustrates the value of working with Petrocelli. It was hard deciding to bring in an independent adjuster because the insurance company really worked hard to discourage it but the numbers simply do not lie. We never would have gotten the house fixed the RIGHT way & so completely. if not for all the HARD work from Chad & Paula
