Fantastic service! My email was responded to quickly and politely, and I managed to get an appointment promptly. Dean arrived on time and was very polite and genuinely amicable and chatty (and slightly off topic, but I like good conversation: very well informed and travelled). He worked quickly and neatly, and tidied up well. I'll definitely be using A1 from now on; highly recommended.

This chimney sweep has just left our house in Old Costessey. He was polite and very thorough. He left no mess. apart from the fact that I now Know it is safe to light my fire I wouldn't know he had been here.
