Lovely Spa and girls, it's easy to find and it's not big place, cosy. The pool area is showing signs of its age and needs a bit of attention but it was a nice depth and room for all of us to swim maintaining a distance. We lay outside on sun loungers for over an hour because it was warm, sunny and quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we will be back.

Came here for a "spa" day and I use this term loosely. The massage itself was lovely. However advertising this as a spa day is wrong. Bannatyne is a gym which happens to offer treatments. You have to walk upstairs to the changing room and then back down to the pool. The changing rooms smelt of drains. We went on a Wednesday morning and it was heaving with gym goers who seemed surprised to see people in robes wondering around (which is odd as you have to wonder through the entire gym to get anywhere) The robes are a rip off as well. When checking in we were told we would get the money back as it was a deposit. This was not entirely the case. We only got part of it back and had to pay 6 to use the robe and towel we had to return. Don't get tricked. We ordered two drinks in the cafe at separate times. One time our drink was just left on the side we had to chase the staff down to get it after waiting for 10 minutes. The second time we ordered a smoothie (very nice) the staff stood around chatting forgetting our order again. They did apologise when they eventually brought it over. Overall the experience was lack luster.

This has been a home from home whilst working away in Norwich. The staff are really great. But be careful of parking. You will get 100 fine everyone you are in the car park for more than an hour. On the plus side, the team will support you to resolve it but it is a battle.

Friendly staff. Clean. Good facilities. Have been going for a good few months now and haven't had any complaints. I love how the lockers and entry work with the wristband. Makes everything nice and simple. Long opening hours are a plus for me too. Overall very satisfied.

Bannatyne has helped me to prepare and achieve some grueling charity challenges. They have excellent classes, a great gym with up to date equipment and above all amazing and highly qualified staff and instructors. The spa is equally professional and friendly. I love Bannatynes. Xxx
