Me and my wife went for our 2nd wedding anniversary last night and on being seated were given complimentary drinks. The server I think her name was Chrissy was very attentive and helpful. The food was hot, tasted good and well priced so all in all it was a good night and deserving of the 5 star review.

In our opinion one of the best places to eat in Norwich. The food is amazing, the portion sizes are good and it is very reasonably priced. The cocktails are excellent and the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great. We would recommend.
What a setting! We came here on a Monday night before dinner, which he had booked nearby. We were welcomed and seated quickly. We ordered online and the drinks arrived quickly. Great selection of cocktails with some interesting takes on the classics. If we come back to Norwich, we’ll definitely stop by for a drink or two.
Went for the first time, making the most of Eat out to help out. Friendly welcome, great service from Alexander I believe. Nice food too. And I loved some features were retained from the buildings former use as a bank. Lovely building. Will be back
Went for a Sunday morning brunch. We had booked but there looked to be plenty of space. Old bank building with high ceilings, dark wood panelling and glass roof. Nicely converted into a classy eating area. The staff were pleasant. The food was a little slow arriving but was pretty good when it did. My Cosy Club fry-up was very tasty. Personally I would have liked the option of adding black pudding. The vegetarian breakfasts opted for by my other family members looked good and got their approval. I wish the newly opened Cosy Club every success.
First date night in a while due to us both working opposite shifts. Such a pleasurable experience, service was great, food was beautiful. First time we’ve ever been but most definitely not the last.
Cosy Club is contained within a stunningly attractive turn of the century former bank. Great spacious interiors in the main banking hall with more intimate spaces in the vault (complete with heavy secure doors and steel gates) and a classy Oval office. The food was well prepared, but genuinely staple rather than clever or interesting, absolutely nothing on the menu to match the inspired setting. Went for a light lunch, which was fine... toasted sandwiches, the ploughmans of which was flattened into a thin greasy pizza resemblance but apparently tasted good. Yet another Norwich "cocktail bar" which only serves drinks on the menu and can't produce a staple dirty martini. Service was rather sterile, like their heart wasn't in it. Score for decor.
We visited here on a Saturday night and it was extremely busy. There was quite a lot of noise which made conversation difficult. Our drinks took a while to arrive and I believe that this was down to how busy it was. Generally the food was good. We ordered a sharing camembert that had 1 slice of bread to accompany it. We ended up ordering the bread starter as well because it was definitely not enough provided with the sharer. The camembert was lovely and if more bread was included it would be a great sharing starter. Our mains were overall good, I enjoyed the food I ordered. The desserts were also good. The apple tart definitely was the best. I would return but probably on another day of the week when it was quieter. This is an ideal place for dinner before an evening out drinking with friends. I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic dinner!
