Pleased with the yarn I bought. The advice I was given was sound, but I felt it was grudgingly given. I was not greeted when I entered the shop and had to ask for assistance. This was my first visit. I'm going to look for a shop with friendlier service.

This is not a friendly shop to visit. The lady who runs the shop will not acknowledge anyone who comes into the shop. She speaks in a cold, unfriendly tone, and begrudgingly offers any advice that people may request. A friend of mine was rudely spoken to, and a member of a group, quite openly and very shockingly, handled an item as though it was contaminated, then threw it in an indiscriminate manner across the table at the person who owned it. This aggressive and sanctimonious action caused distress to the person concerned. Avoid this shop whenever you can!
