Dealt with well in store when placing the order in Sep 2020. Moved into my new property in Feb 2021 and received the wrong color of sofa. Spoken too by Luke in the London branch who obviously had a list of people to speak too & problems to deal with judging by the somber 'it's another one to shove under the carpet' tone in his voice. He tried to offload the wrong sofa & offered 1/4 of money back or wait 12 - 14 weeks & get the original sofa that was ordered, and 100 back for all the trouble. Having arranged painters & decoraters for when we received the sofa this has had to be put on hold and our deposit with them has been lost (deposit coming to more to the 100 which has been offered as an apology). The 100 I don't get until the right sofa is in my house by the way. I explained the deposit for the painters and decorators to Luke who then batted away as if I hadn't even mentioned it. So all in all waiting 8 months for a sofa has certainly dampened the move.

Just visited Furniture Village Norwich, the customer service was second to none. We visited many furniture outlets on the complex and had quite a few negative comments regarding other stores customer services, so we returned to The Furniture Village and we greeted by fantastic staff, I must pay a special compliment to Judy who was dealing with or sale, firstly we were given coffee and biscuits ( that’s something that we not offered at other stores ) Judy was so professional in dealing with our sale, everything was explained to us in layman’s terms what to expect. We left with a smile on our faces knowing Furniture Village are dealing with our order with complete confidence. Once again many many thanks for Judy and the wonderful staff, will be singing your praises for along time.

I am very pleased with the service that furniture village in Norwich has provided. At the store, Zoubie has been so helpful and friendly and was very nice to my 2 children as well. At times, when we come in with queries regarding our purchase, although he was busy, he made sure we were looked after while waiting for him. Always offering a drink, coffee and tea, juice for the children and chocolate cookies, which my children loved. It is not easy looking at furnitures when you have restless 3 and 6 year olds, but Zoubie made it easier. And he never made us felt ignored. We bought the merlin dining set and sideboard, and came again to purchase the Perth slider wardrobe, with our welcome discount. The wardrobe took sometime to arrive, as it was meant to be delivered just before Christmas. I understood this might not happen, what with Brexit and Christmas deliveries etc, so I wasn’t too bothered when it came a week after the new year. However, I was utterly disappointed when the mirror was cracked when it arrived. I already knew it was going to be another 6 weeks before I can complete my dressing room. I contacted the store and my call was answered by the lovely Nicky. She got straight on the phone with the supplier, when we hung up, and called me back immediately to let me know it will take 4 to 6 weeks. I thought that was the end of our communication, but instead, Nicky called me on week 4 or 5, to say that she had not forgotten me and written in her diary to keep me in the loop. I absolutely appreciate that. At the end of 6 weeks, the delivery company sent me an email and I picked a delivery date. Wardrobe is finally fitted and I am so happy with the purchase. I did not expect, the next day, Steve contacted me, and asked me if the delivery and fitting went alright. He said that Nicky had left in her diary to check with me, and I am so happy he did. Thank you furniture village and thank you Zoubie, Nicky and Steve in Norwich, for a wonderful shopping experience.

So I've been dealing with Rhian and she have made the sale of our sofa so simple especially with the current times (covid).... nothing have been a problem for her she's been sending me plenty of pictures of different colours of sofas as we originally had a sofa placed hold and then we changed our mind's to get a slightly different one... There have been so much communication and Rhian is so friendly you feel like you have known her for years... I will always do business with her as its effortless! I hope your boss read this review as you have been such a pleasure to deal with!

On arrival my wife my wife and I were greeted with an invitation to wash our hands, and a smiling welcome. We were then looked after by David Bumstead who was able to answer all our questions with his vast knowledge of the products that we were interested in. The whole experience was most pleasant and I have nothing but praise for the way that we were looked after. Well done Furniture Village Norwich.

Overall pleasant experience. Have to say that temperature checking customers on arrival is an excellent initiative and the first retailer I've seen doing this. I purchased a mattress and despite the display clearly stating "Immediate Delivery" only to find out it could take upto 3-4 weeks to arrive, sets an inaccurate expectation, hence no 5 stars. Sarah was helpful and was happy to do a deal.
