I asked for my book to be rebound in black leather with gold embossing on the front but when I got it back it was done in green leather and they just glued the old paper cover to the front. The work itself was good however it is not at all what I had asked for and when I confronted them about it, excuses were made. When asked to fix it, they offered to cover the book with a leather jacket but when I picked it up it was a cheap paper cover. Very unsatisfied and disappointed.
