Stress free collection of online order. COVID procedures excellent. Did not have to wait very long before our order was brought to our car.

IKEA click and collect store. It's like a miniature IKEA. The whole idea of this store is to order your goods online and then collect them from this store. It helps with the delivery charges. You can buy small items like glasses, cups, cushions, pots, pans, plastic flowers and other small items. They had a small sale offering on mulled drinks and houses. This could be better as it seems a bit lame when compared to the huge stores they have. They also have a small coffee shop but no meat balls.

I wouldn't even rate this one star after the customer service that we've recieved! Ordered a new kitchen from IKEA, we are keyworkers and booked annual leave to have the kitchen delivered, so it isn't so easy for us to move our work around their delivery slots. So far they've rescheduled our delivery twice without any explanation, both times 2 days prior to our delivery date! They've not stored our items and let them go out of stock and one item was even discontinued! The customer service they've given is disgusting and shown no sympathy or empathy towards us and not a single apology was given.

Ordered two Stockholm sofas to click and collect here because IKEA are getting bad reviews recently about delivery we hired a van and went to pick them up in person. IKEA confirmed our sofas was ready to collect the night before via email and text. When we got there we didn't have to wait long for my name to be called out and seen by a member of staff who directed us to the back of the store where large items are collected. Another member of IKEA staff kindly helped us load the sofas into the van. I'm so pleased with my sofas it was well worth the trip !!

I was waiting to review this place as I was hoping that it will turns into something better since the opening. Still it looks that on sucha big floor no one is paying any attention to make the shopping enjoyable. After all those month or years it's still mostly a collection point. The stock of small handy items is completely random. I cannot believe that there is no room to keep napkins, photo frames, candles, plastic kitchen bags etc in order. So that you actually can use this store in regular basis. In short it's just massive let down and wasted opportunity...extra star for decent Xmas trees which always comes with a voucher
