I was very happy with this company. Until I phoned for a taxi last night, at 11:03pm. Was told I couldn't book their next available taxi at 12:30. No reason given, just that they don't book that far ahead. Which is a complete lie. Will not be using them again.

Excellent taxi service. Always on time and reasonably priced (unlike most taxi firms that charge a ridiculous, unfair and extortionate price for a fare) and I will always use them if I need a taxi in the norwich area. 10/10.

Didn’t show up. I prebooked a cab early New Years Day but was still waiting 20 minutes later. Called the office and was told they where busy and the car was on its way. I realise that New Years is busy, but that is why I prebooked, so I wasn’t left waiting round in the cold. Luckily managed to flag down another cab. Don’t know how long we would have been waiting otherwise. Unreliable.
Can't fault the service I got today! In snow, they picked up a new car battery and delivered it to me! And within the timeframe they said they would! Top work guys.
