Arrived at drop off point only for the driver to charge an extortionate amount (22 for a short journey into Norwich). We questioned the price and the driver phoned the office whilst we were still in the cab to confirm his price, and they agreed this was correct. We reluctantly paid the bill, but upon phoning Loyal taxi's back later for a quote for the same journey, we were quoted 7 less (33% cheaper than we were charged). Avoid this company at all costs. We found another company to take us home who managed it for 14.

Driver of Registration KM15XYW.. needs to be taken off the road.. either that or needs some refresher driving lessons.. as a driving instructor I fill my pupils with confidence that when they finally pass they can handle situations in everyday driving.. after the vehicle with tbis registration ran out of merge but continued to overtake anyways causing me to intervene she has now lost all her confidence due to this driver and will now not be returning for anymore lessons.. you need to speak to this driver and make sure that they actually know what they are doing
I've always used Loyal Taxis. Last year they were the only taxi service working in the snow which enabled me to go to work. The drivers are always so friendly and prices are cheaper than all other firms in Norwich.
Visiting Norwich for the weekend and was recommended to use Loyal Taxis also travelling with my Mother who is 93. The driver was most helpful with our luggage, even made sure our train was on time. See you again!
I left my wallet in the taxi, i immediately called loyal and was called back with in 5 minutes. He was very accommodating and helped me locate the wallet a trusted company indeed!
