Brilliant service! My phone was back up & running in less than an hour after following Covid protocol and having my 6s collected from just outside the store. It was a faulty battery which although was just out of guarantee the friendly staff agreed to replace free of charge. I’ve been using Mobile Solutions in Norwich to look after all the phones in my family for the last few years and will continue to do so!

Amazing service! Even though we’re in lockdown, the engineer Paulo Ferreira was very helpful and made it very simple. The repair was done under an hour! Very fast and efficient, my phone looks brand new. Really happy with the repair and the customer service
