Waited over 2and a half hours because the receptionist didn’t sign me in propley ,I sat opposite her for 2 hours and watched the whole surgery come and go at least 3 times over! I didn’t want to be rude and question it, eventually she noticed me and made out it was my fault not signing in when it was not true she was the one that signed me in! But the apprentice that took my blood was excellent!
