Used this company for the first time to clear a property for sale following the death of the owner. From the first contact to the end result, the team were very professional without losing their compassion or humour. Norfolk clearance company spent a lot of time over the phone helping me to plan and prioritise and explaining costs, and was very flexible in providing revised estimates as requested. When my father passed away we needed to clear his house, we contacted Norfolk Clearance company who were extremely helpful and guided us through the process from start to finish. They also explained that the House contents will first be assessed for value, then offered to the various charitable organisations, and if all failed then taken to recycling centres with proof of disposal certificates obtained. On the day of clearance The removal team showed on time, removed all the contents proper order, then hoovered the house clean before leaving. The whole operation was carried out with professionalism and sensitivity.
