Came here just to look around could see a few people in the shop so waited outside till a few people had left.when I entered the shop I sanitised my hands and went in to have a very rude member of staff say please could you do you hands I showed the lady that I already had but made me feel so unwelcome that left very quick as other people in the shop all looked at me when she said this and made me feel very unwelcome.also between guest using the sanitiser they were not cleaning.with COVID I understand that they need to check on people but the way she went about it was horrible and am taking it further as would not want other people to experience what I had to .

Pact animal sanctury dive street. Very horrible staff. I was given false information from their poorly trained staff. I was told that PU leather was real leather. Having found out it was fake I went back in to the shop and was refunded by the old man/woman and told very sharply to never come back again. When walking into the shop the man/woman didn't look very kind and this really proves it. Don't go here.

I pop into this charity shop most days can find some really nice stuff if you have a good look, cant understand why the other reviewer said the staff are rude I've never had an issue like that I've found the staff to be polite and helpful.
