5 stars!! Been dealing with acne for a long time now and finally decided to see a dermatologist. I saw a lady called Sarah who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the area concerned. She looked at my acne, told me what the causes were, what type of acne it was and how to treat it. She wrote out all the information I needed. I followed her instructions on what to do and even refunded my consultation money. It’s been just over a week I see such a huge improvement , never has my acne cleared this quickly within such short time. A credit to the company and I thank you so much.
Iv been going to the skin clinic for nearly 2 years now. The first time I went I was fed up of trying everything to help my skin, nothing worked, For years & years. It was hormonal acne, supposedly from my doctors. Within the first few weeks of using the products from the skin clinic the results were unbelievable. I kept up with my appointments and regular check ups, very knowledgeable people here, prices are very reasonable. Mid way through 2020 my skin went the complete opposite way, it went so oily and break outs were the worst they had ever been, one appointment with the lovely katherine I was reassured and put on a new course of skin products. One month later, clear, unblemished skin. I have no idea why there is one star reviews on here. Im 29 years of age and have battled with my skin and seen so many people throughout both Ireland and the UK. This is the only place iv seen phenomenal results. I am so so happy and will continue to use the skin clinic for many years. Friendly staff, great prices and 5* customer service
I've been going here for a few years now and had a fantastic experience every time. I had excellent laser hair removal which I had great results with. Skin peels which really made a difference to the look and feel of my skin, especially in the run up to getting married. I had a small amount of filler done on my cheeks which was expertly done and looked entirely natural. I've also been having regular botox injections for a number of years. I'm 35 now and completely line free on my forehead. Staff are always exceptional, knowledgeable and helpful. I got fantastic recommendations for products. One in particular, I wouldn't be without. I really appreciate that it's highly specialised doctors doing injectables. The cost is really good and the results are 100% worth it. Thank you!
Unfortunately laser hair removal didn't work for me and made my hair much worse, as well causing me permanent itchiness after shaving, which according to the clinic manager isn't a side effect from laser (despite the fact I never experienced this until after I finished my treatments). All they do is emphasise how many people see benefits and how rare their ambiguous side effects are to persuade you to take it and then cover themselves, but do nothing effective to help when it goes wrong. I received a few extra treatments for but these didn't help at all, and was later offered a discount on further treatments, which have no guarantee of making a difference. Just seems like all they care about is the money and not the actual effect it has on people. I now have to permanently deal with thick excess hair on my body due to this and sensitive skin, and they don't refund a penny. I'm now suddenly being told I need to have ongoing maintenance treatments for this, but for how long? Nobody can afford to do laser for the rest of their life. When bringing up concerns to them they don't even acknowledge everything and avoid addressing your response and issues properly. All I've done is just paid several thousand to make my life and self-esteem worse really.
