Rachel Raven recently fitted my father in law with hearing aids. He had tried aids in the past and never got on with them. Rachels care and expertise are second to none. They deserve 10 stars. Carol provides friendly and professional booking and aftercare service second to none. Lorraine’s expertise has dramatically improved the quality of my listening experiences and thus my life in general. I feel that she is as delighted as me that we have found a solution for my dramatic hearing loss. As a scientist and retired teacher I am always extremely impressed by her knowledge of hearing problems and remedies, and also by her enthusiasm for and awareness of cutting-edge technological advances such as Bluetooth streaming. As much time as is needed is always available to make the correct choice of hearing aid model for the particular type of hearing loss in question and the available budget. I have never experienced a hard-sale in this particular establishment and I am made to feel that I am a patient not just a customer. In the past I was reluctant to reveal that I was a hearing aid wearer. Now I’ll tell everyone how fantastic my new aids are. Many people I meet at concerts or out and about in Norwich say they are hard of hearing but don’t need or want hearing aids and they cope. If you want to be able to do more and communicate fully with friends and family and enjoy music and life again to the full then just try out some new inconspicuous digital hearing aids. I guarantee you won’t want to give them back but if you do then that’s fine. I can’t thank the team in Norwich enough. I will be back again soon for my regular and free aftercare service.
