Excellent service, excellent product. Highly recommend and will use this website again. I purchased a set of binoculars from Stealth Birding as they were the most competitively priced supplier. The product is excellent and arrived very quickly. In addition they offer a free gift. I assumed this was a gimmick and didn't select an option, thinking it would be a 'surprise' gift. When there was no gift included I emailed the sales email given in the order to enquire why not really expecting to hear back. My email was answered promptly and once I selected my gift - an excellent collins book on birds in the UK - it was sent under separate cover and arrived a day later. Stealth Birding offers all the advantages of a retail shop, with old-fashioned customer service rather than volume sales at the heart of their work. The website is excellent: uncluttered, unfussy and effective. E-mail communication is very prompt indeed and advice is offered in a friendly, no-pressure way, both by e-mail and on the phone. The products have been chosen to offer top quality across a range of budgets. Prices are keen and good quality freebies add to the value. Dispatch and delivery are also fast. It was a pleasure buying two pairs of binoculars from a real birders’ shop.
