Lovely staff who were very helpful in deciding on the right floor covering. I felt they did not pressurise the sale in fact we came back a couple of days later after we had fully decided on colour and carpet. I would recommend Tapi carpets to family and friend and you, the general public.

Very good experience with tapi carpets! I’m renovating and decided we needed to get rid of our old patterned carpet for something a bit more up to date. Staff were very helpful while I was choosing and the young boys that layed it were very careful and very polite. Overall very satisfied.

Absolute shocking went in store ordered a vinyl for kitchen waited for it 14 days then got it layed an the flooring had a hole an dents all the way through it little marks ect so they re order us another one an still waiting. No apologies at all an still can’t fit my kitchen intill the new flooring has come
