Had a checkup cancelled and wasn't notified. They haven't done routine appointments since March due to COVID despite most other dentists reopening for routine appointments. All they offer is private hygienist appointments or emergencies, yet they are still offering urgent care to NEW patients. Only in it for the money it seems.

Excellent from the moment I walked in all the reception team and dental nurses were friendly and professional. Dr M Wasielewska is an excellent dentist. The care I received was of the highest standard all the way through. I felt so comfortable in a dentists chair there was no pain I was well informed and very well looked after. They were all very COVID aware and I was impressed with measures they had in place

I had a check up and the dentist was so awful to me and said I needed two teeth out, bullied me, made me feel that I do not have one good tooth, which isn't true, when I was private where I used to live I never had this bullying mentality, passive aggressive and my teeth just needed an odd filing no more. . After months, I went back for my appt, tooth extractions, The dentist was not caring, she bullied me made me feel bad about myself, she yanked at my tooth using various tools, scared me, she was almost on top of me yanking my tooth, it hurt so much, tears came and no comfort at all. I was in pain months after this, fearful of going back. I will never visit this particular dentist again, I will try another dentist unfortunately at the same practice as its hard to get an appt elsewhere on the NHS payment plan As a child and teenager I had no problem with dentists, after how I've been treated now as an adult. Dentists I believe have lowered their standards of professionalism and care, and the main aim now is not patient care, it is money. Very sad. I really want to be proven wrong.

Excellent practice, very clean, appointments have always been on time, my partner is very anxious and finds it difficult in any medical environment but this practice whether it be the dentists, nurses or receptionists have always provided us with support, comfort and exceptional dental work (my partners had 4 injections and never felt a thing!) extra thanks to Dentist Fariba and her assistants for their professional and caring work during this troubling stressful time and taking all the extra precautions possible during this pandemic.
