WORST SERVICE EVER! Been registered here for at least 2 years and only recently moved from NR5 to Costessey NR5. When I spoke to Kerry on the 18th of November I explained that we had recently moved and needed to change my address. She did, I asked if I was still registered and she said yes definitely!! When I called in today to book an appointment I was told that we were no longer registered! Never received an email letter text message or phone call. Terrible liars, would definitely not recommend. Not family friendly either! You also get a free attitude when you calmly explain that you’ve been told that you were definitely still registered. Absurd behaviour! Totally not acceptable. I would rate 0 stars instead of 1. Now I’m left with no GP because they do not know their own rules.
