First time customer, and was super disappointed by the experience. Made a 2pm appointment and wasn't seen by a stylist until well after 3. If I hadn't already paid for a Groupon I would have left. Shop also had electrical issues and between 8 available chairs, only 2 had working sockets. The stylist was obviously rushing through my appointment and wanted to leave, and frequently interrupted and talked over me.
